The only good we could find about Paperial.com was the live chat. Okay; the website looks cool in terms of design, too. But with in-depth examination of the website’s features, we found several issues.
The lack of clear pricing is not cool. The fact that the website content is full of grammar errors makes us doubt the quality of the content these writers deliver. Rewriting is another big issue. When a student wants 100% unique content, such a service is a red flag when seen in a list. It means that the writers are used to paraphrasing.
At first sight, this looks like a bidding service. Why did we get that impression? – Because there’s no price chart at the website. It’s impossible for you to see how much a paper would cost at Paperial.com. But it’s not a straightforward bidding service. It’s actually somewhere in between, since you may allow it to choose a writer for you. So what’s the deal with the lack of pricing transparency?
That’s not the only issue. It’s not even the biggest one. The greatest problem is that the quality these writers deliver is not good.
You have to access the order form and fill in some details about your order, so you’ll finally get a price for it. Why so much effort just to see what the price is? Fortunately, it’s affordable.
So how much will an essay of 5 pages with a deadline of 5 days cost in the three quality levels?
What you initially see in the order form is not a price. It’s what the calculator shows you, but $9.99 is the price for allowing the service to choose a writer for you. It’s additional money. What’s the full price? Who knows?
There are three levels of quality at the website:
Even the top 20% of the writers are not qualified for your specific order. You’re not getting expert-level quality here. These are your usual freelance writers, who paraphrase online sources to complete a “unique” paper. Rewriting is also available in the order form. So if you plan to use Paperial, rewriting is a smarter choice because that’s what you get even when you choose “writing” as a service. But you’ll probably pay less for rewriting. How much? You never know…
I allowed the service to choose a writer for me. The essay was horrific.Leo
Just take a look at the content at the website. Here’s a sentence as an example: “Case study is one of a big quantity of student’s assignments.” Not much sense there, huh?
Unfortunately, discounts are not available here. If you want the lowest price, don’t allow the service to choose a writer for you. Opt for the bidding option and wait for the writers to apply. Then, you can choose the one who makes the most affordable offer.
But if you’re looking for high quality, such a step might result in a total disaster.
Finally, support is something that Paperial does well.
Or so it seems. There’s a 24/7 live chat, which is great. You can ask an agent about the price, and you’ll get a response. It’s actually a chatbot, but it still works to some level. They tell you that the prices actually start from $18 per page, but that they increase according to the deadline and writer’s level.
But if you’re having trouble with the writer, the support cannot do much. You must settle the issue with the writer, who may be unresponsive for days.
These are all contact options at the website:
The Facebook page is actually pretty active with posts. But that only says that Paperial is making marketing efforts; not necessarily customer satisfaction efforts.
You’re the one who sets the deadline. There’s no limit for the longest deadline. So you may seet 10 or 15 days, or whatever else that works for you. The shortest deadline is 24 hours. This means that Paperial is not the right choice for extra urgent orders that have to be ready in a matter of hours.
The range of services includes these three main categories:
Paperial.com lacks pricing transparency, quality, and customer protection policies.
- website looks nice
- No price chart
- Low quality
- Tons of errors in the website content
- 24/7 support is a chatbot
